Chief Anesthesiologist and Anesthesia Medical Director role at AdventHealth Ocala, a 425-bed community hospital in Ocala, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical and administrative duties in an ACT model. Case mix includes general, OB, ortho, spine, vascular, endo, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, GI, bariatrics, neuro IR, cardiology, and minimal healthy pediatrics. No trauma or open hearts.

Practice Details

9 anesthesiologists and 31 CRNAs. Annual case volume 12,000-14,000 across 16 ORs plus endo, OB, and neuro IR suites. OB volume 2,500 annually. Call shared evenly with beeper from home.

Compensation & Benefits

$100K start date bonus with 3-year commitment. Chief stipend. Relocation bonus. Annual retention bonus. 10 weeks PTO.
