Outpatient CRNA No Call | Pittsburgh, PA

Position Overview

CRNA position at UPMC East Side Surgery Center in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time outpatient role at a 4-OR surgery center providing urology, ophthalmology, ortho, and plastics services.

Schedule and Call Requirements

No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Flexible scheduling options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthetic care for all patient types in cooperation with supervising physicians.
• Perform pre-anesthetic preparation, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care.
• Participate in quality improvement processes and controlled substance management.
• Assist with teaching newly hired CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Board certified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications as required.
• Act 33, 34, and 73 clearances.
