Home Based Primary Care CRNA | Wenatchee, WA

Position Overview

Advanced Practice Nurse role providing home based primary care for Veterans in Wenatchee, Washington. Independently manage a panel of patients with acute and chronic conditions emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Order and interpret labs, tests, and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions
• Initiate referrals and consults
• Provide patient and family education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Compressed or flexible schedule may be authorized.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $135,023-$201,118 per year. Eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program up to $200,000. 50 days paid time off per year. Traditional federal pension with 5 years vesting and federal 401K with up to 5% VA contributions. Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance options.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship. Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory. English language proficiency. Must pass pre-employment physical, background investigation, and drug screening. Seasonal influenza vaccination required.
