Position Overview

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center seeks a Nurse Anesthetist for full-time varied shifts of 4-10 hours. The role offers flexibility with self-scheduling options in a collegial academic environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $277K for new grads to $359K for experienced CRNAs. Sign-on incentives include a $50,000 bonus plus up to $65,000 in completion bonuses. Additional benefits include up to $40,000 tuition reimbursement, $10,000 relocation stipend, $3,000 yearly CME with rollover option, more than 7 weeks paid time off plus 7 holidays, paid parental and medical leave, $25,000 referral bonus, and 75% tuition discount for dependents.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Shifts are varied with minimal weekends. No holidays, no nights, and no call required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, NBCRNA certification, and Pennsylvania RN license required. New graduates are accepted.

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is an academic medical center with opportunities in trauma, neuro, ortho, thoracic, transplant, pediatrics, and robotics cases. Involvement in the new Nurse Anesthesia Program starting Spring 2027 is available.
