Position Overview

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center seeks a Nurse Anesthetist for full-time varied shifts of 3-13 hours with flexible self-scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary ranges from $277,000 for new grads to $359,000 for experienced CRNAs. Sign-on incentives include a $50,000 bonus and up to $65,000 in completion bonuses. Additional benefits include up to $40,000 tuition reimbursement, $10,000 relocation stipend, $3,000 yearly CME with rollover option, more than 7 weeks paid time away plus 7 holidays, 5 extra PTO days on start, 75% tuition discount for employee and dependents, paid parental and medical leave, and $25,000 referral bonus. Evening, weekend, and specialty coverage bonuses available.

Schedule & Call Requirements

No call, no nights, no holidays. Minimal weekends. Varied shifts with self-scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, NBCRNA certification, and Pennsylvania RN license required. New graduates accepted.
