Position Overview

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center seeks a Nurse Anesthetist for full-time roles with 4-10 hour shifts. The position offers varied scheduling, minimal weekends, no holidays, no nights, and no call.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $277,000 for new graduates to $359,000 for experienced CRNAs. Sign-on incentives total up to $165,000 including a $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $65,000 in completion bonuses. Additional benefits include up to $40,000 tuition reimbursement, $10,000 relocation stipend, $3,000 yearly CME with rollover option, more than 7 weeks paid time off plus 7 holidays, paid parental and medical leave, $25,000 referral bonus, and 75% tuition discount for eligible dependents.

Shifts are 4-10 hours with flexible and self-scheduling options. The role requires no call, no nights, and no holidays.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree in nursing, NBCRNA certification, and current Pennsylvania RN license. New graduates are accepted.
