Position Overview
Full-time Chief CRNA (W-2) position at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, KS. The role includes leadership responsibilities within a collaborative anesthesia team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $320,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus: $45,000
- Chief CRNA stipend: $20,000
- CME allowance: $4,000 annually
- 8 weeks time off
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Premium pay for unscheduled shifts
- Relocation and loan forgiveness support available
- Local apartment provided at no charge for non-local candidates
Schedule & Call Requirements
Call frequency is 1:10 with pre-call and post-call days off.
Practice Details
Cases include general surgery, ortho, GI, urology, ENT, cardiac, neuro, and OB. New graduates are welcome.

Salina Regional Health Center is a 393-bed Level III trauma center affiliated with the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
