Full-Time CRNA with $75K Sign-On | Philadelphia, PA

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA positions available at Jefferson Health Northeast campuses in Philadelphia, including Torresdale, Frankford, and Bucks. The role covers a wide range of cases including complex procedures at a Level II trauma center with centers of excellence in orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, and gastroenterology.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Variety of shifts available including 8, 10, and 12 hour options.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
• Intraoperative general anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists
• Induction and maintenance of anesthesia
• Physiologic monitoring and adjustment
• Post-operative care transfer
• Resuscitative care
• Administration of spinal, epidural, caudal, and nerve block anesthesia

Qualifications

Mentorship available for new graduates. Equipment includes Epic EMR.

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 sign-on bonus for three-year commitment. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans; 33 days (264 hours) PTO per year; 7 paid holidays; $2,100 CME allowance; competitive retirement contribution; long-term disability; life insurance; malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

Facility Details

Jefferson Health Northeast includes three hospital campuses serving Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County. Torresdale Hospital is a 258-bed Level II trauma center. Bucks County Hospital is a 112-bed facility. Frankford Hospital provides surgical and medical services.
