Position Overview

Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital seeks an experienced Chief CRNA to lead clinical operations, staffing, and team development for the CRNA practice. This full-time leadership position involves oversight of daily operations, quality initiatives, and collaboration with anesthesiology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee CRNA team operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as liaison between CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing leadership.
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in departmental leadership meetings and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program with Master's or Doctoral degree.
• Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNA licensure.
• NBCRNA certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).
• Minimum 5 years clinical CRNA experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
