Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, Maryland. Supportive care team with high CRNA autonomy after orientation. Seven anesthetizing locations and predictable workflow.

Case Mix

Diverse cases including orthopedics, joint replacements, general surgery, vascular, bariatrics, GYN, cystoscopy, and obstetrics. No trauma, cardiac, or neuro cases.

Schedule

Day/night rotating shifts with weekends. Additional call pay available.

Compensation

Base salary range $225,000-$272,500 per year. $100,000 sign-on and retention bonus. Student loan forgiveness eligibility. Guaranteed 6-7 weeks paid time off plus holidays. Annual CE stipend with reimbursed license and medical staff fees. Strong retirement match and multiple health coverage options.

Qualifications

Open to new graduates and experienced CRNAs. Must hold CRNA certification.
