Position Overview

Opportunity for CRNA to join care team model at nonprofit ChristianaCare Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. Licensed for 75 beds.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Schedule consists of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts.

Case Mix

General surgery, urology, and endoscopy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
