Position Overview

MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology seeks CRNAs for the Float Team serving perioperative departments across MedStar Health in Baltimore.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for cardiac, L&D, GYN, ortho, neuro, general surgery, vascular, GI, robotics, and thoracic cases in a collaborative care-team model.

Schedule & Call Requirements

10- and 12-hour shifts with back-up call from home. Flexible options and call incentives available. Potential for extra shift incentives.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range $295,000-$300,000. Student loan forgiveness eligibility. Guaranteed 6-7 weeks paid time off plus holidays. Annual CE stipend with reimbursed license and medical staff fees.
