Position Overview

Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a CRNA for Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, TX. This solo CRNA model offers full clinical autonomy in a low-volume setting.

Compensation

• Option 1: $580,000 annually (1099) for full-time (52 weeks/year) with vacation buy back
• Option 2: $290,000 annually (1099) for 26 weeks/year
• Semi-monthly pay

Schedule and Call

Independent solo CRNA coverage with cases typically completed before lunch. No in-house call required with 30-minute response time.

Case Mix

OB (approximately 15 deliveries per month), GYN, GI, podiatry, urology, and general surgery. No CV, neuro, or vascular cases. Daily volume under 100 cases per month.
