Base compensation package of $720,000. $100,000 sign-on bonus. 12 weeks time off. Malpractice and tail coverage included. Call position with competitive cardiac call stipends.
Practice Highlights
Cardiac case mix includes open hearts, CABGs (90%+ on pump), valves, vascular, and thoracic. No transplants or pediatric hearts. Additional cases include general and urology with potential need for regionals for post-op pain management.

McAllen Heart Hospital is a 60-bed cardiovascular specialty hospital, part of South Texas Health System. Accredited as a Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI.
