Position Overview
Partner track anesthesiologist position with the Sundance Division of US Anesthesia Partners in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting guarantee of $550,000 with average partner compensation of $600,000. Flexible and equitably shared time-off model with shift-trading flexibility.
Practice Model
Collaborative care-team model with opportunities for solo posting. Minimal daily travel between facilities.
Case Mix
Total joints, ortho spine, general orthopedics, vascular, OB, GYN, urology, general surgery, and plastics. No pediatrics or cardiac cases.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Rotate among THR Southwest Hospital, THR Clearfork Hospital, and Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center. In-house night coverage at THR Southwest with one in-house CRNA and home-call CRNA backup. Routine performance of epidural, spinal, and regional blocks.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist.
