Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA role in Warsaw, Indiana (46582) for a 52-week assignment starting August 25, 2026. All-CRNA perioperative team with 3 providers and 2 ORs. EPIC EMR in use.
Schedule and Call
Five 8-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM). OB and OR call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with 20-minute response time.
Compensation
Weekly estimated pay $7,530 to $7,930. 1099 contract position.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience in general anesthesia and regional techniques. Active Indiana CRNA license or eligibility for temporary/compact licensure. AHA certifications ACLS, BLS, PALS required. Documented experience with spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks.
Practice Details
Independent practice in all-CRNA model. Cases include general, orthopedic, endoscopy, and podiatry. Credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days.
