Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Collaborative anesthesia care team model with medical direction ratios of 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4. New graduates welcome.

Schedule and Call

No call, no overnights, no weekends. Flexible day shifts available including 7a-3p, 7a-5p, and 7a-7p.

Case Mix and Requirements

Wide variety of cases excluding major trauma, transplant, and OB. Cardiac cases handled by separate team. Healthy pediatric cases from 6 months and up. Peripheral nerve blocks required with strong ultrasound regional skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Above average base salary with annual retention bonus and performance bonus. Option for additional shift work. Hearty sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. 29 days PTO accrued annually.
