Position Overview
USAP Indiana seeks CRNAs for independent practice with supervision model at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. Positions offer no overnight call and multiple shift options of 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
Schedule and Call Requirements
No overnight call. Infrequent weekend and holiday 8-hour shifts. Multiple shift options available.
Compensation
Base salary of $311542. Signing bonus and student loan repayment offered. Premium pay for overtime hours. SRNAs eligible for stipend during training.
Case Mix
Wide variety including ortho with own blocks, neuro, GYN, urology, endo, eyes, plastics, trauma, IVOR, EP lab, occasional peds ENT and OB.
Facility Details
Lutheran is a 396-bed tertiary care facility and level II trauma center for adults and pediatrics on the southwest side of Fort Wayne.
Qualifications
CRNAs must meet state licensure requirements and complete hospital credentialing for privileges.
