Position Overview
CRNA position at the new BayCare Manatee Hospital in Palmetto, Florida, scheduled to open in 2028. This role offers the chance to help establish perioperative services from the start alongside physician leaders.
Qualifications
Current license as a registered professional nurse. Graduation or anticipated graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. New graduates are acceptable.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary and sign-on bonus with tiered compensation based on years of experience. Eight weeks of PTO available immediately. Annual CME allowance of $2,500. Comprehensive health and wellness package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD. Retirement plan options with employer match. Shift differentials and evening and weekend stipends. Not-for-profit eligibility for public service student loan forgiveness (PSLF) program. Malpractice insurance covered at 100%.
