Position Overview

Full time CRNA position at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The role offers a $240,000 annual base salary plus up to $100,000 in call compensation.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts from 7am to 3pm and one 10-hour shift per week. Call requirement is 1:4 for both weekdays and weekends.

Case Mix

Cases include obstetric, gynecologic, endoscopy, urology, ophthalmology, general, cardiovascular, and neuro spine. No neuro heads.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $240,000 annually. Up to $100,000 in call compensation. Benefits include CME reimbursement, PTO plus holidays, employer-paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, employer-paid life insurance, and short/long term disability.

Facility Details

Merit Health Wesley is a 211-bed acute care hospital serving the Pine Belt region. It is the area's first accredited Chest Pain Center and the only local hospital accredited for heart failure care.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of independent experience. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required. Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation.
