Position Overview

PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position at Columbus Eye Clinic & Laser Surgery Center in Columbus, MS. The role focuses on conscious sedation and MAC anesthesia for outpatient and inpatient eye cases.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm as needed. No call required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, manage airways, handle emergence and recovery, discharge patients from post-anesthesia care, and respond to emergencies. Function as a team collaborator while maintaining compliance with AANA standards.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved nursing school and accredited nurse anesthesia program. Minimum two years of independent experience required. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications needed.
