Position Overview
Full-time CRNA position at Southern Bone and Joint in Hattiesburg, MS. The role provides a Monday through Friday schedule with no call requirements and focuses on orthopedic procedures in an autonomous yet collaborative environment.
Schedule and Call
4 ten-hour shifts and 1 eight-hour shift per week. No call requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
$285,000 annual salary. 9 weeks PTO. $2,000 annual CME reimbursement. Annual retention and quality bonus. Health insurance. 401k. Relocation assistance. Professional liability coverage provided.
Case Mix
Orthopedic procedures only. Approximately 3,700 cases annually.
Facility Details
Southern Surgery Center with 4 operating rooms, 1 procedure room, 9 pre-op bays, 9 recovery bays, and 2 overnight extended care rooms. AAAHC accredited.
Requirements
At least 2 years of independent experience. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required. Graduate of an approved nurse anesthesia program.
