Full Time CRNA $230K Potential | New Albany, MS

Position Overview

Full time CRNA position at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County in New Albany, Mississippi. Monday through Friday schedule with first and second call 1:6. Autonomous yet collaborative all-CRNA practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $210,000 annually. Additional $10,000 quality bonus and $10,000 retention bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance premiums 100% covered for employees. 401k plan. CME reimbursement of $2,000. 7 weeks PTO. Relocation assistance provided. Professional liability covered by LifeLinc.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Monday through Friday schedule. First and second call 1:6.

Case Mix

General surgery, ortho, OB, GYN, urology, and healthy pediatrics. Preference for proficiency in blocks and OB, with willingness to teach.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of nursing and accredited nurse anesthesia program. AANA certification required. Minimum two years of independent experience. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
