Position Overview

The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Houston Methodist Hospital seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology to join the Cardiovascular Anesthesiology team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthetic care for adult cardiac, vascular, thoracic, transplant, and structural heart procedures. Participate in quality improvement, clinical innovation, and program development. Teach anesthesiology residents, Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellows, and medical students.

Qualifications

Board certification or eligibility required. Fellowship training in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology required. Academic medical center experience preferred.
