Position Overview

Full-time ABA board certified/eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist faculty position at the University of Minnesota Department of Anesthesiology.

Key Responsibilities

Work with a collegial team of 10 academic pediatric anesthesiologists at the award-winning University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. Focus on metabolic disorders, NICU cases, congenital heart disease, and complex medical conditions. Protected academic time for educational, quality, service, or research interests.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology residency and/or fellowship. Board eligible/certified in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology with the ABA. Pediatric cardiac anesthesiology training preferred. Licensed or eligible for Minnesota medical licensure and DEA certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Total annual compensation ranges from $420,000 to $575,000, inclusive of base pay plus expected incentive pay. Substantial 401K employer contribution. Schedule & Call Requirements

Full-time academic position with protected time away from the operating room.
