Position Overview

Full-time or part-time Anesthesiologist positions at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton, a community hospital within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. The role involves a mix of solo MD cases and CRNA supervision in a 7-OR facility with a four-room endoscopy suite.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general, orthopedic, urology, vascular, plastics, ENT, spine, gynecological, podiatry, and sports medicine cases. No obstetrics, pediatrics, or advanced endoscopy.

Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible. Degree from accredited medical school and licensed to practice. New graduates accepted.

Schedule and Call

Predictable scheduling. Weekday call four days per month with in-house until cases complete then home pager. Weekend call one per month with post-call Monday off.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range $420,000-$462,000. Eligible for performance incentives. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and retirement plans with employer contributions.
