Position Overview

Part-time Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham. Schedule is 32 hours weekly (24 and 8 split). Starting hourly rate is $134.62. Annual pay range $280,000-$305,000. $40,000 sign-on bonus offered.

CRNAs work in an integrated care team model with anesthesiologists. Supportive environment includes extensive orientation and training, especially for new graduates.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification from NBCRNA required. BLS and ACLS required. New graduates with 0-1 year experience preferred. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and related fields required. Ability to work independently and in team settings in fast-paced environment.
