Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Sanford Health in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The department operates an Anesthesia Care Team Model with independent practice.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia or sedation for surgical and non-surgical procedures. Develop pre-anesthetic plans, write orders, collaborate with providers, monitor patients with hemodynamic techniques, and evaluate diagnostic tests as needed.

Practice Details

• Specialties: Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Podiatry, OBGYN, Pain Medicine, Eye
• Annual case volume: over 2,900
• Four operating rooms plus endoscopy suite
• Three CRNAs who rotate call responsibilities
• Level IV trauma center at a critical access hospital serving northwest Minnesota

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science from an approved CRNA program required; master's, DNP, or PhD preferred
• Current unencumbered CRNA licensure and NBCRNA certification
• ACLS preferred
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome

Schedule

Varied shifts, 40 hours per week.
