Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Successful completion of residency. Board certified or board eligible. South Carolina medical license, controlled substance license, and DEA number required.
Responsibilities
Diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of disease. Accurate medical records and coding. After hours call coverage shared equally. Participation in quality assurance, utilization management, and academic activities as part of an Academic Health Center.
