Position Overview

This position is with the Family medicine clinic located within Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. A dedicated workstation with computer access and EHR MH GENESIS is provided along with an Ambient Listening AI platform. The team emphasizes active communication, patient safety, shared mental models, and mutual support.

Hours are 0730-1600 Monday through Friday. No call requirements are mentioned.

Compensation

Salary range is $115595 to $145037 per year. Recruitment or relocation incentives may be authorized for highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct collaborative care assessment, diagnosis and management of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Educate patients and families regarding healthcare processes and diagnostic tests. Consult and collaborate with physicians on patient management. Develop, review, and update policies, protocols, standards of care, operating procedures, and scope of practice. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and initiate emergency care.
