Position Overview

Cardiac CRNA position with Somnia Anesthesia at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN. Split-shift schedule provides flexibility with no mandatory call and traditional Monday-Friday hours.

Compensation & Benefits

$238800 annual base salary (W2). $16667 commencement bonus. $16667 annual retention bonus. $10400 seniority premium for 10+ years experience. $15000 annual CV stipend. $3000 education stipend. 8 weeks PTO. Schedule & Call Requirements

Split shifts allow choice of when to work. Monday through Friday schedule. No call required.

Practice Details

Full-scope autonomy including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. Cases primarily CV and structural heart with occasional general cases. Academic medical center with teaching opportunities. Primarily based at Methodist University Hospital (18000 cases, 18 anesthetizing locations, no OB) and Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown (20000 cases, 20 anesthetizing locations).

Qualifications

Active state license, DEA, and state CDS required. Board certification required. ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
