Anesthesiologist | Boca Raton, FL

Position Overview

Anesthesiologist position covering two Tenet hospital campuses and a freestanding outpatient surgery center in Palm Beach County.

Key Responsibilities

Provide coverage across 21 ORs at Delray Medical Center (including cardiac) and 6 ORs plus 2 OB rooms at West Boca Medical Center. Manage Trauma Level I cases, endovascular procedures, robotics, thoracoabdominal surgery, pediatrics, and OB.

Practice Details

Team of 7 attending physicians with 1:4 physician-to-CRNA ratio. Academic affiliations with FIU, Barry University, and FAU.

Schedule and Call

5 call days per month (24-hour shifts). Post-call physicians not contacted unless critically short. Dedicated weekend team and night float coverage. Call schedule published 3-4 weeks in advance.

Compensation and Benefits

Highly competitive base salary. $35,000 sign-on bonus paid within 30 days. Up to 45 days PTO per year. $5,000 annual CME allowance. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Health, dental, and life insurance. 401(k) with employer matching. Deferred compensation program. Relocation assistance.

Requirements

MD or DO degree. Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology. Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
