Independent Practice CRNA | Stockton, CA

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role in independent practice model at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, CA. Diverse case mix includes general, colorectal, ortho, spine, thoracic, cardiac, vascular, OB/GYN, plastics, ENT, and podiatry.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation ranges from $350,604.80 for 0-2 years experience to $385,611.20 for 5+ years. Commencement bonus of $40,000 for 2-year commitment or $60,000 for 3-year commitment. 7 weeks PTO, $3,000 annual CME allowance, relocation assistance up to $10,000. Practice Environment

355-bed hospital with 8-room main OR, cath lab, and endoscopy. Approximately 14,300 annual cases including 800 cardiac cases and 3,000 OB births. Full autonomy for CRNAs including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. Flexible 8- and 12-hour shifts with call options and post-call days off.

Staffing

Department includes 14 physicians, over 30 independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 residents. New hospital construction planned in 2-3 years.

Qualifications

Experienced CRNAs or new graduates accepted. Full-time and part-time positions available.
