Position Overview

Full-time OB CRNA role at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, California, with St. Joseph's Medical Center as the primary facility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary up to $457,600
• Four in-house 24-hour call shifts per pay period at $4,400 per shift
• Commitment stipend of $2,000 per month for 8 OB shifts monthly
• Sign-on bonus of $40,000 with 2-year commitment or $60,000 with 3-year commitment

Practice Details

355-bed hospital with 14 anesthesiologists and over 30 CRNAs. Services include up to 19 anesthetizing locations daily with approximately 14,300 annual cases, including 3,000 OB births. Independent practice model with teaching opportunities through the anesthesia residency program.

Schedule & Call

Four in-house 24-hour OB call shifts per pay period.

Requirements

2+ years CRNA experience at an independent practice site, prior OB experience, proficiency with spinals and epidurals, active California RN and CRNA licenses, board certification, ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
