Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with call opportunities in an autonomous yet collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $255,000 annually
• Estimated call compensation: $70,000-$75,000

Schedule & Call Requirements

Monday-Friday schedule using a waterfall system. Call is 1:8 for first and second call with guaranteed post-first-call day off. In-house call only when an active OB patient is on the floor.

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is a 109-bed acute care hospital serving Robertson County and surrounding areas. CRNAs work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Case Mix

Orthopedics (total joints, fractures, sports medicine - no spines), general surgery (chole, appy, colon resection, endo, mastectomy - no thoracic or vascular), urology, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, and cardiology (TEE/cardioversion).

Qualifications

ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required. Experienced CRNAs preferred.
