Position Overview

Part-time OB CRNA nocturnist position at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, California. The role offers full clinical autonomy in a high-acuity OB practice within a teaching environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation of $249,600 based on 4 shifts per pay period at $2,400 per shift
• $26,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment

Practice Details

• 355-bed hospital with 14 anesthesiologists and over 30 independent-practice CRNAs
• 3,000 OB births annually with 2 obstetric operating rooms
• Average of 4 epidurals and 3 C-sections per day
• Services include acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, and interventional radiology
• 14,300 annual anesthesia cases

Schedule

Part-time nocturnist OB shifts. Stacking with daytime OR shifts may be considered for a total of 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses
• Board certification required
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS required
• Prior OB experience and independent practice experience preferred
• Proficiency with spinals and epidurals
• New graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered
