CRNA with Post-Call Day Off | Aberdeen, SD

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen, SD. The role involves caring for patients across the lifespan for surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday 0700-1500. Weekday call approximately 2-3 times per month. Weekend call one every 11th rotation. Post-call day off with incentive to work post-call if needed.

Compensation

Sign-on bonus options: $25,000 for 2-year commitment, $35,000 for 3-year commitment, or $50,000 for 5-year commitment. PTO available day one of employment. Up to 5% employer matching contribution for retirement.

Responsibilities

Performs pre-operative assessments, determines and communicates plans of care, establishes venous access and airway, induces and maintains anesthesia, monitors patients, completes emergence, transfers care, and performs post-operative follow-up. Instructs anesthesia students in clinical settings.

Requirements

Active CRNA license in South Dakota, active RN license in South Dakota, and NBCRNA certification upon hire.
