Position Overview
Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist role in the Florida Panhandle at a Level 2 trauma facility.
Schedule and Call
Shifts are 8 or 10 hours (7:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-5:00pm). Weekday call is 14 hours (5:00pm-7:00am). Weekend call is 24 hours (7:00am-7:00am). Call physicians cover both cardiac and general cases.
Case Mix
General, cardiac, thoracic, ortho, neuro, podiatry, plastics, OMFS, endo, ENT, urology, and spine cases.
Requirements
BE/BC ABA certification. Active Florida license required. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Cardiac experience and TEE familiarity required.
Compensation
$450 per hour. EMR is Cerner.
