Position Overview

Cardiac Anesthesiologist role with US Anesthesia Partners in Seattle. Join a physician-owned group of over 120 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs providing care at Swedish Medical Center campuses and ambulatory surgery centers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced cardiothoracic and vascular procedures including CABG, valves, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, LVAD implantation, TAVR, percutaneous valve repairs, Watchman/Amulet devices, and ECLS support. Participate in monthly M&M conferences and weekly cardiovascular conferences. Maintain flexibility to perform own cases across regional, thoracic, neuro, vascular, pediatric, general, and OB cases.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated starting compensation $700-750k for full-time work with option to flex to 4-day week. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401(k) match, and quarterly profit-sharing.

Practice Details

Physician-owned and led practice with supportive environment, knowledgeable techs, breaks provided, and extra hands available for emergencies. Pay is flexible and not tied to case type or insurance.

Qualifications

Cardiac anesthesiologist experience required. Fellows and experienced physicians welcome. Mentorship program available.
