Position Overview
Locum Tenens Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant position in North San Antonio, TX for a 13-week assignment.
Schedule and Call
4x10 daytime schedule with 40 hours per week. No on-call or weekend coverage required.
Case Mix
General anesthesia, orthopedics, blocks, and OB cases.
Requirements
Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant certification, active Texas license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS required. Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience needed.
Compensation
Estimated weekly pay of $5,830 to $6,250. Company paid malpractice available for 1099 contractors. 401K with matching, healthcare, dental, and vision offered to employees.
Responsibilities
Assist with anesthesia care for surgical procedures, support patient preparation and monitoring, work with the anesthesia care team, and maintain documentation in a collaborative setting.
