Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA position in Three Rivers, MI. 52-week contract starting August 10, 2026. All-CRNA practice with 3 providers and 2 ORs.
Schedule and Call
5 shifts per week, 8-hour days (7:00 AM, 3:00 PM). Call from 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend with 30-minute response time.
Compensation
Weekly estimated pay $7,530, $7,930. 1099 contract.
Practice Details
Diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, pediatric dental, ENT, endoscopy, and podiatry. No heads, hearts, or spines. Strong OB volume with approximately 350 deliveries per year. Cerner EMR. Hotel adjacent to hospital.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years CRNA experience. Active Michigan CRNA license or ability to obtain. BLS and ACLS required. Recent case logs showing epidurals and peripheral nerve blocks. Significant OB anesthesia experience in past 12 months. Competency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks.
