$301K Base + $50K Bonus CRNA | Saginaw, MI

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position in ACT model at MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw. New graduates welcome. Diverse case mix includes general, neuro, cardiac, ortho, GI, and endo procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation of $301,600. $50,000 commencement bonus for 3-year commitment. Annual retention bonus of $41,600 paid biweekly. On-call pay at $20 per hour for first call, late shifts, and weekend 24-hour shifts. 6 weeks PTO. CME allowance up to $3,000. Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. 401(k) and flexible spending accounts. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for qualifying candidates. Malpractice insurance provided.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Shifts of 8, 12, 16, or 24 hours available. On-call responsibilities compensated separately.

Practice Environment

268-bed Level II trauma center with 9,400 annual cases. Full scope practice including regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, and arterial lines. Dedicated on-call rooms available.

Qualifications

Active Michigan license required. NBCRNA certification. ALS and BLS certifications.
