Position Overview

Locum tenens CRNA position in Logansport, IN providing general anesthesia across diverse cases including endoscopy, obstetrics, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, GYN, and orthopedics.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm with late room option until 5:00pm. Call from 3:00pm to 7:00am every third night covering OB. No call for late room. 40 hours per week.

Compensation

Weekly pay range of $7,012 to $7,791. 1099 contract position.

Duration

52 weeks ongoing locum tenens need. Start date October 12, 2026. Credentialing 60-90 days with temporary privileges possible.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years CRNA experience in general anesthesia. Active unrestricted CRNA license with Indiana license preferred. AHA BLS and ACLS required. Documented proof of epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks. COI-IN PCF required. Cerner EMR experience preferred. Prior OB call and pediatric anesthesia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks. Respond to call within 20 minutes. Collaborate with anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Maintain case logs and documentation.

Team and Facility

Team of 5 anesthesia providers. 4 operating rooms.
