Position Overview

Locum Tenens CRNA position in Goshen, Indiana for a 52-week assignment starting July 6, 2026. Weekly estimated pay ranges from $7,530 to $7,930.

Schedule and Call

Schedule consists of 8-hour days Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Call requires 3 weeknights per month from 3:30pm to 7:30am with potential for additional call and post-call day off.

Compensation

1099 contract with weekly pay of $7,530 to $7,930. No employee benefits included.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years CRNA experience with perioperative and high-acuity cases. Active unrestricted CRNA license, ACLS certification, enrollment in INPCF, and proof of 350 case logs in the past 12 months required. MD reference needed. Credentialing takes 60 to 90 days.

Case Mix

Cases include general anesthesia, endoscopy, orthopedics, urology, high-risk OB including VBACs, gynecology, oncology, liver, vascular, ENT, radiology, cosmetic, podiatry, pulmonary, and light cardiac. Procedures include spinals, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks such as interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal, and TAP blocks.

Practice Setting

Work independently and collaboratively with a team of 6 CRNAs and 5 MDs using Medaxion EMR. In-house anesthesia call room provided.
