Position Overview
Locum Tenens CRNA position in Rochester, Indiana (46975). All-CRNA independent practice with no supervision. Weekly pay $7,530-$7,930 for 5 shifts of 8 hours (7am-3pm) plus call coverage.
Schedule and Call
Shifts are 8-hour days. Call runs 3pm-7am with 30-minute response time covering OR and OB cases.
Practice Details
Cases include endoscopy, OB/GYN, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, and select pediatrics. EPIC EMR. Team of 3 CRNAs.
Requirements
Active Indiana CRNA license or ability to obtain quickly. Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience. Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks with case logs. AHA certifications and COI-IN PCF required.
Compensation
1099 contract. Weekly estimated pay $7,530-$7,930. No employee benefits included.
