Position Overview
Per diem CRNA position in Alma, Michigan for general anesthesia. MD and CRNA collaborative care model with 90% supervision.
Schedule and Call
5 shifts per week. 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Call from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM is OB only with 30-minute response time.
Case Mix and Procedures
Case types include endoscopy, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, oral surgery, orthopedic, vascular, trauma, and ophthalmology. Spinals, nerve blocks, and epidurals required. Proof of epidural and spinal experience required.
Practice Details
4 operating rooms. EMR is Epic. Duration is 52 weeks starting October 19, 2026.
Requirements
Active unrestricted license. AHA-issued ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Experience with spinals, nerve blocks, and epidurals. Proof of epidural and spinal case logs required.
Compensation
1099 contract with weekly estimated pay of $7,530 to $7,930. No employee benefits included.
