Cardiac Anesthesiologist | Orlando, FL

Position Overview

Cardiac Anesthesiologist role with US Anesthesia Partners at AdventHealth System in Orlando, Florida. The position focuses on a complex cardiac case mix including endovascular structural heart procedures, CABG, mitral repair, VATS, ventricular assist devices, ECMO, PTE, heart and lung transplants, and aortic dissection repairs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $565,000
• Total compensation: $600,000+
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Vacation: 10 weeks per year
• CME allowance: $2,500
• Relocation allowance: $10,000
• Additional compensation available for adult liver and thoracic transplant call

Schedule & Call Requirements

One weekday call per week and 12 weekend calls per year.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with completed Anesthesiology Residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Must meet hospital credentialing requirements

Practice Details

Large multispecialty anesthesia group. Cardiac volume is 30-40% per physician with the balance general, endo, cath lab, high-risk OB, and regional cases. Option for transplant call.
