Position Overview
US Anesthesia Partners Colorado seeks Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists in Denver. Clinician-led practice with exclusive contracts at Advent Health and Health One (HCA).
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation $234k-$265k based on experience. Average earnings $250k-$315k per year. Sign-on bonus and student loan repayment available. Relocation bonus for qualifying applicants. 240 hours vacation starting, increases with service. Medical, dental, FSA, HSA. 401k match plus quarterly profit-sharing. Medical malpractice included. No non-compete.
Practice Model
Care team model with 4:1 supervision. 0.75-1.0 FTE positions. Specialty roles include OB-focused with 24s, weekend-only, nights-only, and increased FTEs at 48 hours per week.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Varied schedules available including days, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
State licensure required. Hospital credentialing required. New graduates accepted.
