Position Overview

Opportunity for a Chief of Anesthesia to practice in a highly autonomous environment at HSHS St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield, Illinois. Blended team model with physicians and CRNAs sharing call and personally providing anesthesia. You will work with a diverse case mix that includes regional anesthesia cases.

Compensation

Salary of $520K with $50K sign-on incentive. Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability and AD&D insurance. Generous paid time off of 10 weeks. Schedule and Call

Call taking and non-call taking positions available. Physicians and CRNAs share call.

Practice Model

Blended team model. Cohesive group in a Catholic not-for-profit facility affiliated with Hospital Sisters Health System. Full range of medical services including surgery center, cancer care, imaging, rehabilitation and maternity services.

Requirements

MD or DO from accredited institution. Completion of anesthesiology residency. Board eligible or board certified. Current medical licensure. ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.
