Position Overview

North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks anesthesiologists for the SWAT Program covering the Northeast including CT and NH. This full-time travel role operates in a care-team model with physicians and CRNAs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is $650K per year. Sign-on incentive is $140K. Schedule & Call Requirements

Schedules vary by location. Anesthesiologists may have one weekend per month in call capacity or as a scheduled shift.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans. Manage induction, maintenance and emergence. Monitor physiological condition and intervene as needed. Support departmental coordination.

Requirements

MD or DO from accredited institution. Completion of anesthesiology residency. Board eligible or certified. Current medical licensure. ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.
